Public concerned with perceived drop in patrols
With Warsaw's police force having recently been cut by a third, many local residents have noticed a visible lack of coverage.
"I haven't seen one patrol since he left," said Warsaw resident Claudia Harris discussing former Police Chief Dewitt Cooper. "I would see [Cooper's] car out there patrolling every day. Now there is no police presence. I would be hard pressed to call the police now, who am I going to get?"
