On Wednesday, June 24 around lunchtime an older model car surprised its driver, Otis Bowens, by catching fire. According to authorities, Bowens noticed a problem when smoke began to bellow from the hood. By the time fire department and sheriff's department officials arrived to extinguish the flames in the Times Square Parking lot in Warsaw, the car had been engulfed. No one was injured in the fire and no foul play is suspected, according to authorities. ....
