Abiding Faith Baptist Church, 27 Bluff Point Rd., Kilmarnock, will observe Youth Participation at 6:30 p.m. Minister LaKeshia Weldon Associate minister of Morning Star Baptist Church, Brown Store, VA will preach and the youth from Mount Vernon Baptist Church will provide the music.

A service of the Epiphany Feast of Lights will be held at the Hague Parish House of Cople Parish Episcopal Churches at 5 p.m. to hear the story of the coming of the Wise Men to visit the baby Jesus and how the Word of God spread through disciples of old and even today. All are welcome to join in this beautiful pageant. The celebration will be followed immediately by a covered dish supper. The Hague Parish House is located at 72 Coles Point Road (behind the Newton Public Library).

The University of Mary Washington Small Business Development Center Warsaw office will be offering an Email Marketing workshop (1pm—4pm) at the RCC Kilmarnock Center. The Students leave the class with a full understanding of the series of steps they need to take in order to build a professional email marketing campaign. Registration deadline: January 1.
