The Fourth Annual Northern Neck Shrine Club Band Concert starts at 3 p.m. in the Northumberland High School auditorium. Proceeds benefit Shriners Hospitals. Tickets available at Callao Car Center or at the door.

River Counties American Red Cross hosts the Annual Lois Gregg Memorial Blood Drive from noon to 6 p.m. at Kilmarnock Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 65 E. Church Street, Kilmarnock. Remember to drink plenty of water, eat a good meal and bring a photo ID.

Montross Community Blood Drive @ Montross Vol. Rescue Squad Bldg.
