Northern Neck Foster Parent Program will be offering trainin

The Northern Neck Foster Parent Program will be offering training to anyone interested in learning more about Foster Parenting. Parent Resources for Information, Development, & Education is a mandatory Pre-Service Training for all Foster &Adoptive Parents. Participants must complete all nine sessions. The University of Mary Washington Small Business Development Center Warsaw office will be offering an Email Marketing workshop (1pm—4pm) at the RCC Kilmarnock Center. The Students leave the class with a full understanding of the series of steps they need to take in order to build a professional email marketing campaign. Registration deadline: January 1.

All persons who are interested in African-American genealogy and history are invited to attend. Experienced researchers and novices alike are welcome.
