Northern Neck Neuro-Muscular Support Group begins its 22nd year @ Beale Memorial Baptist Church

At 10:30 a.m.. the Northern Neck Neuro-Muscular Support Group begins at 22nd year of existence. We meet at Beale Memorial Baptist Church just north of Tappahannock and we welcome anyone whose life has been touched by a chronic illness. For the first meeting of the year we will be discussing what has been happening over the holidays and decide on a list of speakers for the new year. Roast Beef Dinner at the American Legion Building

Rappahannock Baptist Church will host a roast beef dinner at the American Legion Building in Montross from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Eat in or take out. Please call 804-493-8142 or 493-8192 for tickets. All proceeds benefit the Fellowship Hall Building Fund. Bad weather date is Feb. 1.

Northumberland County Economic Development Commission will meet @ Board of Supervisor's Conference Room

The reorganization and regular meeting of the Northumberland County Economic Development Commission will be held at 7 P.M. in the Board of Supervisor’s Conference room of the Old Courthouse, Rt. 360, Heathsville.  The  public is invited to attend.    Richard Saxer, Executive Director 453-3156.

C Shells, a children’s musical duo using puppets, strings, percussion instruments, and audience participation presents “It’s Easy to be Green” for kids ages PS to grade 2. Free and open to the public. Presented by CA’s Performing Arts & Lecture Series. from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. in the gym at Chesapeake Academy. For reservations call 438-5575.
