Basics of Communication workshop @ RCC Kilmarnock Center

The University of Mary Washington Small Business Development Center Warsaw office will be offering a Basics of Communication workshop from 10 a.m. – noon at the RCC Kilmarnock Center. This topic introduces students to basic concepts within the sphere of communication and gives them the opportunity to apply these concepts to a real business case. Registration deadline Feb. 8. 51st Annual Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper at St. Mary’s Fleeton

St. Mary’s Fleeton in Reedville invites the community to our 51st Annual Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper from 5 – 7 pm. The Men of St. Mary’s will host the event and prepare a delicious meal of pancakes, sausages, stewed apples and beverages.  St. Mary’s Episcopal Church is located at 3020 Fleeton Road in the Fleeton area of Reedville. $

Annual Pancake Supper at Trinity Episcopal Church @ Trinity Episcopal Church, Lancaster

Trinity Episcopal Church on Route 3 in Lancaster will hold its annual Pancake Supper from 5 pm to 7 pm in the Church parish hall.  The cost for the meal is by donation.  The menu includes pancakes, sausage, apples, juice, coffee, and tea.  Takeout meals will be available.
