Clarksville Baptist Church invites you to the Reed Brothers dual sermon at 8 a.m. featuring Pastor Michael Reed, Clarksville and Pastor Gernard Reed, Mulberry Baptist Church. Immediately following the service, the family of Gloria Jean Carey will host a Benefit Breakfast for her in the Fellowship Hall. All are welcome to attend.
From 9 a.m. to 12 noon, Afton and Fairfields United Methodist Churches will sell baked goods at Lilian Lumber True Value Home Center in Burgess, VA. All proceeds will go to the Relay For Life campaign to help fight cancer. Lilian’s is located at 15115 Northumberland Hwy. Come and pick up something for your Thanksgiving dessert!
Macedonia Baptist Church will host their Women’s/Men’s Day program. The guest for the 11 a.m. service will be Minister Cheryl Henry, Siloam Baptist Church, Montross. The speaker for the 3 p.m. service will be Pastor Larry Robinson, Little Ark Baptist Church, Dahlgren. All are welcome. The church is located at 1081 Macedonia Lane, Colonial Beach.
At 6:30 p.m., Abiding Faith Baptist Church will have “Open Pulpit.” This fourth Sunday service gives a minister who is called to preach an opportunity to craft their skills. Minister Thomasyne Acree, an associate minister of Abiding Faith, will deliver the spoken Word.
Australian evangelist Al Furey will be speaking at New Life Ministries, Sunday, Nov. 24 at 6:30 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday, Nov. 25 and Nov. 26 at 7 p.m. Rev.
