The purpose of the Public Hearing is the following:

To receive public comment on amendment of the geographic boundaries for the Richmond County Enterprise Zone. Copies of the proposed boundary amendment maps may be viewed in person at the Richmond County Administrator’s office at 101 Court Circle, Warsaw, Virginia 22572 between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.

In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $150,547.00, dated October 15, 2009 recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the Richmond County, Virginia, in Document No. 0900888, in Book No. 279, at Page 521, default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance to the Circuit Courthouse on Route 360, Richmond County, Warsaw, on August 15, 2017 at 3:15 PM the property described in said deed, located at the above address and briefly described as:

Notice is hereby given that the Warsaw Town Council will be holding a Public Hearing during their regularly scheduled Town Council Meeting on Thursday, August 10th, 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Warsaw Town Council Chambers, located at 78 Belle Ville Lane, Warsaw, Virginia. The Public Hearing is to receive comments concerning the potential eminent domain case the Town is pursuing in regards to the Gannon Property.
