PUBLIC NOTICE –
Pursuant to Section 28.2-1302 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the Richmond County Wetlands Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 29th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., Board Meeting Room, County Office Building, Warsaw, Virginia, in order to consider the following application for a Richmond County Wetlands Permit:
• Charles and Sara Spivey, 181 Crab Pot Lane, Warsaw, VA has applied for permission to construct a low-profile timber groin along their Rappahannock River shoreline, located at 181 Crab Pot Lane, and further identified as Parcel 35 of Tax Map 29. (VMRC#18-1663)
All interested parties will be afforded the opportunity to be heard and are requested to submit a concise written statement and/or attend the Public Hearing to offer oral comments. The aforementioned application is on file in the office of the Land Use Administrator.

Wetlands Board Staff
The Warsaw Planning Commission and Town Council will conduct public hearings for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) on Tax Map Parcel 16A4A(7) Richmond Rd., commercially known as the 7-Eleven site, 6546 Richmond Road, on Thursday, December 6 for the Planning Commission and Thursday, Dec. 13 for Town Council at Town Hall, 78 Belle Ville Lane, Warsaw at 7p.m. 7-Eleven Inc. is requesting the operating hours be extended from 18 hours a day to 24 hours a day. The property is Zoned C-2. With an approved Conditional Use Permit (CUP), a twenty-four a day use is permitted in C-2 zones.
Warsaw’s Development Management Ordinance (DMO) Article 3 Section 10 Items 1-6 define the Conditional Use Elements.
