Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated June 29, 1999, in the original principal amount of $142,800.00 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Richmond, Virginia in Deed Book 191, page 334, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will sell at public auction on April 27, 2017, at 3:45 p.m., in front of the building housing the Richmond County Circuit Court, 101 Court Circle, Warsaw, VA, the property designated as containing 1.063 acres bounded and described in Accord with that certain plat of survey dated June 30, 1978, entitled “Lot Location Survey, Bobby E.
