It was looking a lot like Christmas Friday night as locals came out to see the town decked out in Christmas lights from a unique viewpoint—a horse-drawn carriage.
Despite the cold and with the help of free hot chocolate, kids of all ages got into the Christmas spirit. Amanda Campagnola and husband Gene Helm frequently come to the town park for events. “We’ve come to the Town Park for movie night and trunk or treat; I wanted to bring the kids to experience this too!” She also brought along her friend, Melissa O’Donnell of Lancaster, who thoroughly enjoyed the experience. “I love being outside with the horses, the lights, the people, the kids.”
