Virginia Marine Resources Commission has decided to reduce the cost of recreational saltwater fishing licenses, effective April 1

“Now is the time of year when saltwater anglers dust off their fishing gear and tune up their boats, and I’m pleased to announce the cost of a saltwater fishing license is going down,’’ said Commissioner John M.R. Bull. “Anglers may want to wait a week  to buy their licenses for the year, when the new, lower license fee goes in effect. This will save them at least $5 each.”

    The Richmond County Crimestoppers is seeking information on the following subjects. On March 5, 2015, Marcus Delonte Hundley strangled a female on the 1100 block on Finch’s Hill Rd., Warsaw after a domestic altercation.  It is believed he is staying in the Tappahannock area.  He is wanted on one felony and one misdemeanor charge.
