In execution of a Deed of Trust in the name of Sharon Vaughan Hiner dated December 23, 1999 and recorded in Deed Book 194, at page 49 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Richmond County, Virginia, which Noteholder is United States of America, acting through the Rural Housing Service, Department of Agriculture, the undersigned Substitute Trustees, either of whom may act, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder, at the front entrance of the Richmond County Circuit Court, 101 Court Street, Warsaw Virginia on November 3, 2014, at 1:30 p.m., the following property:

Notice of Public Hearing
In accordance with Section 15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia, the Warsaw Planning Commission and Warsaw Town Council are giving notice of a public hearing to be held on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at the Lowery Municipal Building, 78 Belle Ville Lane, Warsaw at 7PM.

NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with §15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended and pursuant to §15.2-2310 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended, the Richmond County Board of Supervisors hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing will start at 7:00 p.m., November 13th, 2014, in the Public Meeting Room, County Office Building, 101 Court Circle Warsaw, Virginia. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the following:
1. Gregory R. Allison, 293 King Lane, Farnham, VA 22460, has applied for a special exception in order to operate a private airstrip on property zoned Agricultural, General (A-1). The proposed airstrip is to be located on the aforementioned property at 293 Kings Lane, and is further identified as Parcel 27 on Tax Map 124.
