On Oct. 13, William Short, and Carol Motley, both of Warsaw were named this year’s overall male and female winners of the Whelan’s Marina 5K at Warsawfest.
“I think that the race was a great success. We had 73 participants this year,” said program director Clifton H. Wise Jr., of the Richmond County Family YMCA. “I am so glad that everything turned out well on Saturday.”
