Pemberton continues family legacy of county service
A new supervisor has emerged the winner after a hotly contested race for the District 4 seat in Richmond County.
Last Tuesday, Robert “Bobby” Pemberton of Sharps won the election over opponent Lt. Col Charles Snavely with 57 percent of the vote, 282-209 respectively, with a total of 494 votes cast including three write-ins.
After a whirlwind week, Pemberton sat down on Monday, Nov 11 to discuss his win and the goals he hopes to achieve during his four-year tenure.
